This policy explains how Nimbo handles personal data of people who visit nimbo.agency or contact us, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Who we are
Nimbo, a 100% remote marketing and communication agency. For anything about your data: email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
What data we handle
- Browsing: the hosting server logs technical access data such as IP address, date, time and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookie choice: we store the choice you made in the cookie notice in your own browser.
- Form: the site form does not send or store anything. It only builds a text and opens your WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it.
- Contact: when you reach us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive your name, number, email or profile and what you write.
The site does not use third-party advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and that service only receives the technical file request (such as the IP address), with no cookies from us.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and send the quote you asked for.
- To provide contracted services.
- To keep the site secure.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and withdraw consent. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Retention and sharing
We keep data only as long as needed for your request, the contract and legal obligations. We do not sell data; it only goes through providers needed for the service, such as hosting and the messaging apps you chose.
